SHIPPING 

Domestic Shipping

Your merchandise are shipped from California via USPS First Class mail service or Priority Mail service. We process the order within 1-2 days, and it takes an average of 2-3 days to get to you. The price is determine by your location and the actual weight of the products. Shipping cost starts at $2.62. At the moment, we are not charging for the packaging material or the handling fee, so the shipping cost is the exact cost that USPS is charging us.

International Shipping

International orders are also shipped via USPS service which is currently the cheapest option. It is automatically calculated based on the weight of your items. International shipping starts at approximately $13. We know that it feels expensive especially if you only want to order something small, but this is the best option that we have found so far.

*Note* Every country has its own shipping rules and regulations, so if you are an international customer, you are responsible for taxes or custom fees for your package.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

First of all, please contact us before sending your returns by sending an email to help@genkimix.com and filled in the Subject line with: RETURNS. Please explain the situation, so we can do our best to correct the problem. We will email you a return slip which you must print and include in your return order.

**A return without an accompanied return slip WILL NOT be accepted.**

The return must be made within 15 days from the day the item arrived at the destination.

We are happy to return or exchange the products for the following reasons:

  • The item was delivered damaged.
  • There was a mistake with the order due to our part.
  • You have changed your mind and the merchandise is in a new, unused, and unopened condition.

You are responsible for all shipping costs for return or replacement items unless the original order was damaged or was a mistake.
